     Scott Serio is an experienced photojournalist who currently runs Eclipse Sportswire and Cecil Scene. As a 1992 graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia prestigious photojournalism program, he leads an award-winning team of photographers at Eclipse Sportswire. Additionally, he pilots Cecil Scene, a hyper-local news website that focuses on sports, recreation and the arts in Cecil County, Maryland.      In addition to his photojournalistic endeavors, Mr. Serio specializes in event photography, theater photography, dance photography and wedding photography.
